Ravenous Blood Coating
Mon Aug 23, 2021 6:08 am
Name: Ravenous Blood Coating
Element: Blood
Rank: A
Specialty: Bukijutsu
Particular Jutsu Type: Infusion
Backstory: The Kyuketsuki, while not known for their incredible Bukijutsu Users like many other clans do have a unique method of protecting themselves. This method was created by a bukijutsu specialist after watching the use of Chiwongasu.
Appearance: The weapon that the Kyuketsuki is holding is brought up to an open wound or is drug across the body to create one and the blood from the wound rushes ou t to coat the weapons dangerous surface in its entirety. The blood glows with an otherworldly Red/Black light that seems to devour other sources of light.
Handseals: Dragon > Serpent > Tiger > Serpent > Dragon
Duration: 4
Cooldown: Posts used + 2
Power: 50
Speed: 50
Health: 50
What it does: This technique coats the users weapons with the cursd blood of the Kyuketsuki, giving the weapon an otherwordly hunger for he blood and flesh of others. The weapon gains 50 Health for the duration of the technique and its impact force for basic strikes is likewise increased by 50 points.
The Kyuketsuki blood fuels the Weapn and the first Bukijutsu technique used while his infusion is active will be able to be enhanced by 50 points that can be added to the speed power or health in any amounts so long as the total increase does not exceed 50. "If the user Expends a Blood lust stack this technique does not have to infuse the first Bukijutsu technique performed following its activation. Instead it may be "held" for another Bukijutsu technique within the duration of this infusion.
Drawing from the Power of the Kyuketsuki's cursed blood whenever his weapon strikes an enemy it draws 15 points of the damage dealt into itself and caps at 15 total. This pool of HP can be drawn into the User to heal them for an equal amount once during the duration and once drawn in the Infusion can not draw in any more damage for this effect.
The Weapon likewise posesses the ability to Infect its victims with Blood lust stacks and Noblesse Counters as stated in the blood release element. The weapon can only inflict up to 2 Blood lust stacks over the duration of the jutsu, the total stacks that will be injected into a target must be set at activation of the infusion. Each strike landed on a foe infects the target with 1 Noblesse counter and up to 2 Blood lust stacks. Once both blood lust stacks are expended the strikes will only infect 1 noblesse counter.
If this Infusion is used to amplify a Bukijutsu technique that does not have an associaated element it gains all of the blood element properties listed above so long as the user spends 2 blood lust stacks at the time the jutsu is amplified. This does not allow the amplified jutsu to inject more bloodlust stacks if both stacks have already been expended before amplification.

Hi hi! I'll be grading your technique today.
If you'd like, you can make it so that the health scales only for the portions not covered by armor.
This will need to be an effect purely of the blood as written, and therefor work off of its Power rather than integrating the Health of the armor in any way.
Health: 50 (Unscaling)
If you'd like, you can make it so that the health scales only for the portions not covered by armor.
This Blood being the cursed Blood of the Kyuketsuki allows the armor to clash with Techniques that are normally intangible such as fire or wind, When this technique clashes with such an intangible technique the Increased health of the armor is Used to clash, and if that Health is higher than the power of the Technique it clashes with the blood will surge and create a 3 meter wide gap in the technique as if it were cut in half that allows the User of this technique to remain unharmed.
In the event of a physical clash with a technique or weapon that the Improved armor's health is greater than the power of the blood will surge and engulf the Technique / Weapon. If the weapon is being Held by the enemy and their strength is lower than the power of this technique The weapon is absorbed into the blood harmlessly. Techniques made of physical matter are likewise absorbed harmlessly into the blood should their power be lower than the Health of the Area they strike (Armor + Infusion if armored or just infusion if unarmored on that body part). Weapons or techniques absorbed in this fashion can be spewed from the blood at any point during this Technique but doing so immediately puts this infusion on cooldown. If they are not spewed back out before this Technique ends, techniques absorbed are fizzled out and drop any physical remnants they would normally leave and weapons fall to the ground harmlessly. A technique Spewed from the blood retains its original stats, but a weapon spewed from this technique may use the users throwing speed and range and would have its power increased by the power of this infusion and will retain that power for 1 post after it is spewed, being the only thing this infusion may do after it goes on cooldown for spewing an item.
This will need to be an effect purely of the blood as written, and therefor work off of its Power rather than integrating the Health of the armor in any way.
