Skill Name: Sandaririsu
Appearance: -
Backstory: Sandaririsu, Long lost Skill from the clan of River, Once thought to be their bloodline, made them so hunted to extinction, Before the secret was passed from Agito to Kozai in a video log in Kozai's Laboratory. This Skill was the secret to the success of the River clan.
Effect: Sandaririsu was a skill that built up counters. Every use of the Thunder techniques lines built up a counter. These counters can activate additional effects or make techniques more powerful (The Effects gave and the number of Counters Used is usually defined in the technique.)
For a General purpose, while each Technique generates a counter. B- Ranks Usually use 1 Counter, A-ranks use 2 Counters, and S-ranks use 3 Counters. If a technique uses a counter, it does not generate a counter. A Maximum of 5 counters can be stored at any given time, and stored counters do not carry over from one thread to the next.
For name's sake, we will call them Levinwright Counters. Maybe Described as a "Condition"
Note: Only the user can generate counters. Clones, summons, familiars, etc., cannot.
