Particular Jutsu Type:
Backstory: This technique was created by pre-eruption wardens in order to properly keep those determined to face one of the grandest punishments, eternal imprisonment. The idea behind it is simple, the space/time user creates a dimension isolated from any other that is 10 meters by 10 meters on the inside, but has a physical manifestation only 1 inch by 1 inch on the outside, creating an ideal, concealable, and space efficient storage cell intended for those who either need to be captured alive, or have committed heinous crimes. This also allowed for the movement of precious objects while keeping the cargo concealed and only retrievable by those who know this technique.


Appearance: A person or single object less than 10 meters by 10 meters appears to be condensed in a swirling  motion until all that is left on the outside world is a 1 inch radius hard sphere that has a different color and pattern dependent on who or what is contained within. Inside this sphere is a dimension containing both what is trapped inside and a blank, 10 meter by 10 meter room.

What it does: This technique effectively locks a being or item inside a marble, trapping it in a dimension within that is inescapable. Time within this dimension does not operate properly, meaning that those inside do not age, or grow hungry, or decay, this also means that any sort of negative effect that existed when the person trapped inside will not wear off, meaning if they were paralyzed when they entered, they shall remain so inside and the duration will resume once the target is pulled outside of the technique. Because of this dimension's adversity to change, the target is also sealed off from changes in chakra as a whole, so while inside those locked cannot use any medical, space/time, ninjutsu, fuinjutsu, sensory, or infusion techniques. The walls themselves cannot be broken by the target of this technique.

This technique can only work if the target is incapacitated in some way such as being bound, paralyzed, unconscious, etc. The target is teleported into the sphere at jutsu speed, and as long as the sphere is kept in tact, they shall be stuck in there. Those who know this tech may break the marble with another casting of this jutsu, but the original user of the technique that trapped a given instance can always break this sphere for a cost of 50 AP.

When a character is trapped, like in Four Symbol Seal, the player may choose to abandon said character and consider it dead, meaning that whenever they are unsealed, they will be found deceased on the other side. For all intents and purposes, the sphere created counts as a single item, shattering this item through physical force will allow the prisoner to escape.

I would like a stat check for this tech. Health is nice to trap them and all, but it should not be an absolute thing. 

Also up the AP cost to release them by the user to 50.

"if the target has lower health", I'd prefer this removed as health is considered more a bar than an actual stat check.

What would happen should the "locking" for whatever reason be interrupted prematurely? Something similar akin to Four Symbols Seal where if the sealing is initiated and fails, the target is knocked out for the thread's remainder?
