Skill Name: Absolute Seal Control

Backstory: The skill was developed after exploring literature pertaining to Fuuinjutsu and further understanding how Fuuinjutsu could be best applied in combat by someone who actively utilised Taijutsu as a means of engagement.
Effect:
Absolute Seal Control is a skill utilised by Satoru Jugo. It allows him to place seals that would otherwise be used in an offensive or defensive capacity on his own body in a dormant state. These seals can be placed anywhere on the body. Upon contact with another individual or surface the seals will transfer from Satorus body to the body of the opponent/surface if he so chooses. This can be used for both offensive and defensive skills, any seal that Satoru transfers via this method can be remotely activated by him and will retain the power and effects it had when placed on his own body.
A maximum amount of 3 seals can be placed in this manner, with a maximum of 1 S Rank Seal. However, the seals have to be prepared in side the topic that the user intends to use them with the exception of 1 seal that can be prepared ahead of the topic.

If you are going to remotely activate them you need a cost
