What it does:
Upon completing the handseals the user creates a space time barrier inside the palm of their hand. This barrier holds a powerful space time anomaly capable of teleporting everything in range at the cellular level turning it into a mist of debris and gore. This jutsu has three distinct uses each one with its own advantages.

The first being able to pick an area within 60 meters that the user can see, and teleporting the ball to that point causing it to explode on impact. The point of teleportation can not be within 3 meters of another person, and happens at jutsu speed as well as the explosion itself.

The second is if the user is able to force the ball to make contact with someone or something the barrier where contact is made fails and releases the space time anomaly in a 15 meter cone.

While the third is to reverse the barrier placing it around the user instead of the anomaly. This protects the user from the blast that is centered on their person. Creating a 10 meter sphere around them.

All explosions are done at jutsu speed and power.

Upon completing the handseals the user creates a barrier holding a space time anomaly inside it at jutsu speed. The anomaly is capable of teleporting everything caught in it in random directions at a cellular level turning everything in the blast into a mist of debris and gore. This space time anomaly can be used in one of two ways.

First is being able to teleport the ball to a point within 60 meters of the user that they can clearly see. Upon impact the anomaly expands out into a 30 meter diameter sphere. At jutsu speed and with jutsu power analiating everything caught in the blast.

The second use is to use in melee. The user is able to partially break the barrier holding the space time anomaly. Creating a 15 meter cone that expands out to 15 meters at its furthest reach at jutsu speed. The blast is capable of destroying anything that can be teleported such as environment and chakra based constructs.

Do note that this jutsu is only fatal if hit in the chest or head, but otherwise is capable of being survived with only what was hit by the blast. The barrier being made from the users chakra will not crack or break under the users stress or jutsu. However, if someone or something else touches the barrier it explodes using the second use of the jutsu.
