Altair Hyuuga's Training

Jutsu: Byakugan Lv 1

Altair went to the forest, it had been a few months since he was here, the scene of his families death. Altair knew he needed to get back on his feet if he was ever going to protect those around him so they would not have to feel the pain he felt that dreadful day.

Altair began his training with some research, knowing the lineage of his family he knew that he had the ability to unlock the Byakugan, so that seemed to be the logical first step. Altair's father would try to help him unlock this ability but Altair always seemed to fail. Altair sat down forming a tiger seal in front of his face, He began to flow chakra towards his eyes. Altair felt different but still no standing effect. Altair knew that if he could not complete this task it would label him as a failure to his clan and his ideals. Altair pushed for days, to no success in his endeavors.

Altair was about to give up when a voice began to push through in his mind.....

"You are a fool.....to think you could ever protect the ones you love!"

Soon a picture came to him of a beast unknown to him. Altair began to talk back without reason, "I am no fool i know my power and i will unlock it, I WILL SHOW THE WORLD JUST WHAT I CAN DO!" As Altair screamed he felt a surge in his eyes and soon he could see more then just what was in front of him but his surroundings as well. Altair knew what this feeling was and what he was seeing it was the power of the Byakugan!

there are no rules or costs for each level of byakugan yet no stats either. This needs to be put on hod for byakugan until rules are put up. Approved for the one JP

So I have to wait to continue because this is not ready?

U can continue if u wish but u will not gain any byakugan stages through training until the byakugan rules are put up sorry ^.^;

well thats all i was going to focus on because there are no good Wind Jutsu at my level, so please PM me when these are up because i will not be able to complete what i want without the Byakugan
