you see your character stats next to your name? You gotta edit those as you go along. you can find em in profile- character stats - modify (the stats are on tge far right option in profile

You should probably read te game guide (which I will update soon)
All health etc starts at academy student level. We work our way up through the ranks (This allows us to do the genin or chunin exams at te same time etc and stops people beig overpowered)

I see you have 800 health so I will just edit those stats back down XD

anyway you can train your chakra in the training grounds (I will add more soon!) and for every paragraph (6 lines for instance) you get 1 chakra boost (actually depends how much you train and how you do it. Rules will be elaborated more but the essence is that energy recharges every ninja day and you use energy until you are exhausted to train chakra.)
