“Fine Sage of Six Paths” (Get it like jesus) Komon would say backing away from the cup as his brother grabbed at it with unrelenting fury. His brother would of course guzzle down burning liquid and effectively burn his throat, because you know... Komori. Soon komori would issue a challenge to his twin brother. And komon never turned down a dare. “Alright” Komon would say, licking the blunt end of the sword. “Tastes like candy” He’d say slightly confused, he knew it was supposed to be christmas themed but how the hell had they made metal taste sweet.

“That’s very odd” He’d say before motioning back to Komori’s remaining christmas crackers. “Go on, you still have two more presents to open, christmas isn’t over yet brother” He’d insist that his brother finish things up watching with interest as his brother once more opened several christmas crackers. He’d get what seemed to be a christmas cracker and a matching candy cane sword to go with his own. Fitting that identical people have identical weapons.

“I actually have one last gift for you, wait here” Komon would utter before turning to run up the stairs and rummage through his room. When he got there he’d reach underneath the pillow and grabbed a pouch of two thousand five hundred ryo. “That should pay him back a little” Komon would think to himself before walking down the stairs and tossing it into his brothers lap.

“Merry Christmas Brother” He’d say, watching the sack of cash fly through the air, while returning to the couch. “What did you get me?”

“Oh well this is awkward,” Komori said in regards to the sword he just got that matched his brother’s. His brother then left the room, so Komori went to his own room to safely place the snowflake down. He then twisted the sword around in his hands as he walked back to the room, Komon returning shortly afterwards. Hmm, an idea formed in his mind. However, his plan would not come to fruition yet, as Komon proceeded to give him 2500 ryo. “Wow, that is quite a bit of money.” Komori took the gift and pocketed it. “I feel bad, i didn’t get you anything.”

When his brother would say “I feel bad, i didn’t get you anything” Komon would simply place his hand over his mouth and cough while pointing to the warhammer “hak yes you did hak” Clearly hinting at the fact that his earlier explanation on the origin of his warhammer may have not been entirely accurate. “I may have lied slightly earlier in the day brother” Komon would say before pausing and giving an awkwardly guilty face.

“You see…. I didn’t find this high quality and totally amazing and high quality warhammer in the dumpster” Komon would say now officially confirming that he had lied. “I actually found it in a totally amazing and high quality weapons shop, hand made just for me.” another slight pause, as Komon judged his brothers face to see if he was indeed putting the story together with the information he had provided so far.

“You see I was short on cash, and your piggy bank really… and I mean REALLY, needs a security upgrade if you’re going to be storing that much money in it” There it was, the admission of theft. Right in front of his brothers face. But before Komori had a chance to retaliate, Komon would raise a single finger. “BUT BEFORE YOU GET MAD” He’d say, insisting that there was a bright side to all of this.

“My next 2 S rank mission paychecks are all yours!” He’d say with his arms stretched open and a smile on his face like he was dropping the greatest news of all time ever. “That will pay you back plus interest, you should really be thanking me”

When his brother raised his sword he sealed his fate, entering a duel with a weapons specialist was generally not a good idea. “En Guarde!” Komon would repeat the words his brother had spouted and would swipe with the blunt end of his candy cane weapon to meet his brothers sword in a manner that would cause them to both be pushing on each other like you always see in those star wars movies. While the two battled for dominance Komon would speak through the struggle.

“I think you may be overreacting just a tad” before kicking at the table low living room table beneath them and breaking off from the clash, while sending a flipping table towards his brothers shins.

“THINK FAST BROTHER” He’d shout as he watched the distance grow between them.

Komon was unable to evade the kick and time and was sent flying into the couch while his brother lept to the counter. When his brother dared to lecture him about the fight being over, Komon would lift himself off of the couch and onto his feet. “You underestimate my power!” He’d say looking at the candy cane kunai he had placed on the table after opening his first christmas cracker.

“Don’t try it” His brother would say, as his hand swiped down to the table and loosley gripped the red and white weapon, flinging it towards his brother knowing full well that the hozuki would simply turn to water. If his brother did do that, Komon would coat himself in his first booster, the lightning javelin technique.
