Backstory: This is a Seal that has been around since the time before time, there was always a group of four indivduals that were named, the Horsemen, these beings were the coming of the end times, but as there have been multiple end times, so has there been multiple groups of Horsemen. Everytime the world has gone into an Apocolyptic Type state, Horsemen Appear, ringing in the end time. But the Horsemen were never alone in this, for they are accompied but The Sins, the Seven Deadly Sins that are well known , also changing over time exactly who was the emobodiment of each Sin.

Now this seal was once thought to have been lost to the world after the War where the fire nation defeated the wind nation, However with time progressing, and entering the start of another Apocolyptic Cycle, the seal returns.


Appearance: Varies Per Horseman/Sin (Will provide at a later date)
Handseals: None
Duration: Till Death
Cooldown: -
Range: -
Power: Chakra Stat (or 100 which ever is higher at time of placement)
Speed: -
Health: -
Stat Boosts: First Stage: None
Second Stage: +60 to two main stats of the Wearer's Choice and + 15 to two sub stats
Third Stage: +85 to two main stats of the Wearer's Choice + 30 to two Sub stats

What it does: First Stage: This mark is little more then a homing Beacon for the Horsemen and Sins to find each other, a slight burning sensation will happen when the mark first appears, and it will annoy the bearer until it finds the other Sins or Horsemen, It does not give any information on the other Sins or Horsemen, just helps locate other bearers of their own curious markings. Noticeable changes to personalities due to corroption of the seal, Making each more like what they are marked after.

Second Stage: After Finding every horsemen and Sin, the marks will begin to fully unlock (After some wc too of course), with the Second Stage, This Stage allows the Bearers of their marks a power boost while in a fight, they also begin to take on features and personality Traits that make them even more alike to the Horseman or Sin they are marked after. Beyond that Nothing to note, Nothing can be gained like Horns or wings beyond being Decorative.

Third Stage: The Final Stage of the Seals will Unlock when Death is known to all, with his presence he inspires the others to become even more so like their sin or horseman becoming the true emobidment of said Sin or Horseman, Any Horns or other pertrusions of the like , IE claws ect, made from this have a health equal to users health and Sharpness equal to Users Strength, And if wings are granted, they fly at the average of Speed + Strength with a health equal to the users health.



Each Form must be Registered Seperately, and every new bearer of the mark must app their own Form, as if it were a jutsu

Also for Mods Notes; This Jutsu is to help push a Plot, and as such I request that the first form not have to be trained or learned, and I will incorporate a higher wc for training the Second and third forms.

Character Specific: Death (whoever is the Horseman of Death)
Wordcount to learn: To learn how to place the seal 5000 wc

First stage Placed upon (OOC Acceptance of the seal), 5k wc to achive Second stage, 10k to Achive the third
Action Cost: Stage One: 0; Stage Two: 50 to activate, 25 per post; Stage Three: 100 to Activate, 50 per post
Mastery: Stage Three is Mastery
Bonus Requirements: Death may learn, and teach to the other Horsemen, however there is no WC reduction for training
Canon or Custom: Semi-Canon (Requesting as this is not something that can be passed on for this not to take up a Custom Jutsu slot, but rather just the Curse mark Spot)

Sorry for the wait,

1. Since this the first time this will ever have happened on site/ will create new lore, and you want to make this site canon. I need you to say this will be the first apocalypse/ this had never happened before. 

2. "Appearance: Varies Per Horseman/Sin (Will provide at a later date)" This needs to be finished before this can be approved. 


3.  Make cooldown once per topic. 

4. Duration is going to have to be until death unless broken

5. "Power: Chakra Stat (or 100 which ever is higher at time of placement)" Pick one


6.  "Second Stage: +60 to two main stats of the Wearer's Choice and + 15 to two sub stats
Third Stage: +85 to two main stats of the Wearer's Choice + 30 to two Sub stats" Clarify that they need to pick when applied and they can't change every time they activate. 


7. "Any Horns or other pertrusions of the like , IE claws ect, made from this have a health equal to users health and Sharpness equal to Users Strength, And if wings are granted, they fly at the average of Speed + Strength with a health equal to the users health." No that would have to be apped as a seperate skill


8. "Also for Mods Notes; This Jutsu is to help push a Plot, and as such I request that the first form not have to be trained or learned, and I will incorporate a higher wc for training the Second and third forms" No sorry, it all needs a wc. 


9. Bump that wc to 8k


10.  "First stage Placed upon (OOC Acceptance of the seal)," No Death still needs to place it on them. 


11. "Semi-Canon (Requesting as this is not something that can be passed on for this not to take up a Custom Jutsu slot, but rather just the Curse mark Spot)" It doesn't take a slot for the recipient but it does for the user.


12. This obviously needs a death risk as per CM rules.
