I'm going to stress that I really don't like chakra being split into three different sections that you can only go into one of.

knew i missed something.

thanks ris. 

The chakra thing. Very cool, but this forces by the looks of it a person to pick and choose their poison. want some flexibility here. allow a person to at max hold two of these chakra abilities, and if you are considering the chakra stat to determine a persons spec. concrete that. control= medical and fuin,

unable to use or control chakra well then use weaponry and tai. 

but roughly i feel like ill be doning more math then rping at this rate. and this is stats alone mind you. like xy said. you may scare away the newer people, and hopefuls. so lets try to (amazed i for one is saying this.) Simplify the heck out of this.

It's supposed to represent your affinity. What your character is naturally best at. One can't be best at everything.

So when does the hidden luck stat get revealed? Is it based on fame?

No but in all seriousness, this feels like we're being made into a tabletop RPG type system rather than text/forum based. Critical hits? Deteriorating states? Status effects? That seems like a ton more to keep track of and keep in mind when building.

I don't like how overpowered tai and weap seem now that movement speed is based off the average of two stats, both being stats a nin main doesn't need. Plus the fact that AP drains at a ridiculous rate now and nin mains need AP to do anything feels bad. It feels, in all honesty, like you're trying to nerf what could be considered the worst spec, and buff what could be considered the best. As a nin main that rustles my jimmies on an intergalactic level.

I like chakra specializations but I don't like that you can only go into one. If you're going to do that, then let us get a specialization at milestones. So you get one base, you can choose a secondary at 50, and get a tertiary at 100, for example. That makes chakra feel more worthwile to build into. On that note, i'm not sure if chakra stunted is worth taking seeing as at max, you've spent 100 stats to get 50 stats. If i'm misunderstanding, I apologize and disregard that.

Balanced, Variable, Simple.
Assume you can have only two. I would like to invite everyone to evaluate their suggestions and see which direction it leads. I see calls for simplification, calls for balance between playstyles and calls for more options for character builds.
I also see people who I cannot blame for not knowing that a version change is big - all apps need to be redone. Here's a hint - V5 did not have AP and half the site could passively control elements at twice their chakra in speed and power.

Simplify comes first. Ease of access for new members should be the foremost thing.

Balance can come as things go on, no version change was ever perfect balance wise. It'll just be up to the mod team to see where things are broken and actually mend it instead of waiting 5 years+ for another version change.

That is part of what makes this seem complicated. Because it includes solutions for current problems and it's in one place instead of a hundred templates.
