Yep so removed just about all abilities and costs ect. In exchange, reduced ap cost, swaped the cooldown to post used +3, 

Simplified it.

now slightly reworked. this is treated more less as armor that disperses and destroys jutsu while bouncing away tai and weaponry.

any damage that goes above the power threshold of this jutsu is instead treated as damage based on the difference between the power of this jutsu and the power of said attack.

the counter measure of the jutsu is now instead of extending like a living weapon. it will emit blunt damage based vibrations in all directions at a power of this jutsu while traveling at a speed of this jutsu, the vibrations loose 30 power each 3 meters they travel. 

ap cost reduced to hell although inclined to buff the upkeep.

ability to change between blunt and sharp( removed)

Let's get to work cutting this jutsu down to size, shall we?

Duration: Cut this down to six posts.

Yang Aura:

This is rather awkwardly worded. I'd like to suggest something a bit clearer:

"This aura acts as an armor against all elemental based jutsu and physical attacks (ie taijutsu & weaponry)."

Can't really make jutsu go on cooldown with this, so please remove it. Think about it for a moment, let's say I have a jutsu that shoots three fireballs; one fireball hits the shield and is dispersed, but the other fireballs are shot elsewhere. Under your current wording, these other two fireballs would disappear inexplicably.

Wonky wording here again. Please remove the 60+ part as we will be changing the rules around jutsu health in the foreseeable future, so it will be irrelevant. Furthermore, the way you say this it makes it seem as if the only way to destroy this jutsu is to use a non-elemental jutsu on it. Please make it such that the wording does not imply this as a sufficiently strong elemental jutsu will destroy it just the same.

Lastly for the aura, let's make this stipulation: all dr used in tandem with this jutsu is halved.

Please make these changes and I'll give this application another looksee.

Expand on this a bit more as I don't think dispersed is the right word here. If you were shot up by a large wood spear said spear would not just poof away into nothingness, it would splinter. Perhaps do some thinking on how exactly you want this aura to behave.

Still have an issue with this as some jutsu might very well have effects other than dealing damage and such. I'd suggest simply saying that this thing is a barrier, not a neutralization technique. Would probably make more sense and prevent abuse on your part.
