Chronos was alone at the training grounds which consisted of tall rocks looking to be about 3 meters tall, they were scattered amongst the clearing which had a dense forest on a mountain range behind it. As the wind carried leaves that seemed to lack chlorophyll due to the discoloration of the leaf. It was funny that people saw fall to be beautiful, but it was actual the death of trees except for the decisions of course. These thoughts distracted Chronos from drawing the animals he had marked using his new skill, Mark Seal which was pretty straight forward with the name. As he drew the animals he noticed his detailing was getting better and the artistical vision Chronos liked to call it began to flourish. The artistical vision is when Chronos sees all of the objects around him as hand drawn things by the might God of this world, it intrigued him to think of someone creating all of this life and knew that such a person existed due to chakra being in this world as if it were some gift from the God above.

Again, these were just random thoughts made by Chronos as he began to draw his animals in a sketchbook. The he felt a presence nearing the training grounds, it was pretty immense, but for some reason it felt familiar, intrigued Chronos never left his eyes from the gate and waited upon the person to walk through the black charcoal gate.

Kozan had decided to head out to the training grounds. Sure, with his days spent in training, it might seem a tad monotonous, but he knew that it was all for the best in the end. Sometimes you just had to work hard to get what you wanted. And in Kozan's case, he wanted power. However, he'd thought enough about that already. It was time to actually get going. He sauntered out of his house and started to head down to the training grounds. He needed to push his limits further, he growled to himself, while remembering the recent spars he had had.
They hadn't been too bad spars, honestly, except that he had won each time with little effort. Such things were not really the best for his development. Either his friends (or acquaintances) needed to get stronger, or he needed to handicap himself, the latter option of which he was not feeling good about. He also recognized that in his last spar with that boy with the chains, he had simply gone to knock the kid out instead of prolonging the fight, which would most likely have pushed him into a situation that would have caused him to have to think harder about fighting.
Eh, oh well. Such things he would have to think about later. For now, he was going to that one training grounds that no one went to, because they said it was haunted. Pff, Kozan didn't believe in such thing. However, when he got there, he found Chronos already there.
"Good day. It's nice to see you again; you feeling alright? I hope I didn't knock you out too hard..."

A familiar face walked through that gate and Chronos laid eyes on him, he knew it was time to prove himself to that ninja. Although he would not be able to beat him because he had more battle experience and was way faster than Chronos, this time though he would be able to put up a better fight than he had before. A wind blows as if a precursor to the tense spar that was about to happen, Chronos knew not how this spar affected Kozan seeing as he was so strong, but this was as close as he could get to a one on one situation in a war. Eagerly awaiting this spar he jumped off of the rock he sat upon and placed his sketchbook full of animals on top of it. “Hey, Kozan right?” He said body shaking ever so slightly. When he was walking up to him a black crow swoops down to the dying grass and quickly swiveled its neck left and right as if some unofficial referee of sorts.

Chronos had heard this place was haunted, but for what reasons no one said. “Maybe if they talked about it, it would come for them.” Chronos said now scared that he had just spoken about the subject. “Anyhow, you up for the much awaited round two.” Chronos asked still shaking from the battle jitters. Without even waiting his reply Chronos backed up and put a fifteen meter distance between them. “Okay, so the trees are dead, no hiding behind those, we are in the middle of the mountainous clearing and around ten meters from any trees on both sides. In between us are six tall boulders that varied in size, two on my left and four on my right. Lastly I must check behind me.” Chronos turned around to see a rock behind him as well, had he not looked he probably would have bumped into it trying to escape the constant onslaught Kozan would lay upon him. Now that he had found himself all set he looked at Kozan as to signal he was ready.

The fact that Chronos had arrived to the training grounds earlier than he had (no, the fact that he had come to this one at all) surprised Kozan, but didn't really make him feel annoyed or angry. Again, he was a little shocked that Chronos had picked this godforsaken place as his grounds for the day. Had he not heard the rumors about this place? Or was he like Kozan, and not easily scared by some kind of fictitious superstition about ghosts and such. What nonsense. All it was was just another place to train and get stronger... more powerful.
Upon Chronos asking him about a "round two", Kozan raised his eyebrow. How forward this one was. Very well, he supposed that he'd have to oblige. Having Nightblood already by his side, Kozan felt that he was ready for practically anything. The boy seemed to have been doing something in a notebook... taking notes, or drawing, perhaps? He had no way of telling at the moment.
"Alright, round two it is." He would speak to the boy, noting the rock behind Chronos, but also noticing that there were no rock behind him. Six rocks between them, huh? That meant that there was a lot of room for the boy to hide and fire out chakra chains. Hmph, very well, it looked like he'd have to get more serious this time.
Putting out his right arm and hand in the seal of confrontation, he spoke.
"So, Chronos... those chains of yours seem pretty useful. Gonna try sending them through the ground again?" He noted, also, the distribution of the rocks. Interesting... there were four on his left and two on his right, since he was facing Chronos. At any rate, he was standing in a straight position with no slouching, his left hand by his side next to Nightblood, and his right hand oustretched in the aforementioned seal of confrontation. In terms of range, if he was forced to, he could always use rupture, which would be an interesting maneuver. However, he preferred to get closer. Now that he possessed the Hoho technique, he was skilled enough to use chakra to get within range pretty easily. An idea came to him... if Chronos managed to stay at a medium range from him and use his chains, Kozan might be in a spot of trouble. However, he'd have to see.

Expecting another rush Chronos knew not to go straight in and use his distance to his advantage, of course Kozan was smart enough to know that Chronos would do this sort of thing, but he also knew that this was his only chance of landing hits on him. As for the rock behind him he looked back and flipped on it at a speed of 69 landing ever so gracefully on his feet to gain a slight aerial view of the area, looking at it in a different manner he seen some ways that he could possible move. “I will use these rocks as a pivot for each attack.” Chronos said in his mind. As he held out his arm to perform the seal of confrontation he immediately readied his chains so he would not be caught off guard. They were created at a speed of 60 and both protruded from his shoulder blades, anxiously at his side as if they were attack dogs ready to get a prisoner. On both sides they were around one meter from him and half a meter above him, he thought this was the best defensive position he could hope for. “Well, I’m as ready as I’ll ever be!” Chronos said smiling still feeling the battle jitters.

The Crow has now took off from it’s referee-like position and flapped it’s pitch black wings slicing through the sky. Chronos took this as a sign, but he awaited Kozan’s first movements instead of him making the first move. He knew he would be purely on the defensive so he had to watch out for what Kozan hasn’t showed yet. One thing that had popped into his mind was the blade in his possession. “What could it do? How does it work? I know it’s not normal.” Chronos said as he felt the slight murderous intent escape from the sword.

As soon as the boy moved, his leg muscles bunching to attempt to "flip" to the top of the rock, Kozan's arm would move as well, his right one, that is. Though it had previously been holding the seal of confrontation, it would now move at a speed of 130 to Nightblood's hilt. As soon as he did, he would grip the sword and draw it forth without any interruption, performing an easy rupture. As he was drawing the sword, however, he would have already used chakra infusion on it, as it had a negligible chakra cost to him. What an efficient technique.
The slash he performed would be horizontal in nature, and done at a speed of 140 and a strength of 86. As a result of this slash and chakra infusion, the rupture technique would send a large horizontal slashing arc of chakra towards the boy, aiming for his abdomen, about the level of his navel. Being that they were standing directly opposite from each other, the direct center of the arc would impact the center of the boy's body, if he failed to avoid. The arc itself would be the largest that Kozan could produce, and quite possibly the strongest. Being that he was using the rupture technique with this, Nightblood would carry a sharpness of 216, as would the rupture slash that came forth, the slash being 5 meters long and half a meter wide.
This rupture slash would have a speed of 60 and a sheer force power of 55, along with the aforementioned sharpness. Perhaps not the best attack that Kozan had in his arsenal, but for something like this, it would suffice. Should the boy somehow avoid the attack, the slash would travel for 70 total meters, slicing through the trees (and rocks, if there were any), behind Chronos, causing them to all fall over with torrential crashing noise. Such destruction... even with a mere B-ranked jutsu, was he already ascending to the level that he wanted? No, he still had a long way to go.
Should this attack go uninterrupted, he would then resheathe Nightblood at 130 speed, but still keeping his right hand in its forward grip on the hilt, as he needed to keep infusing it with chakra in order for it to retain its durability and sharpness at its current level. His eyes would be focused, and his brows narrowed as he watched for Chronos' next move.

As soon as he jumped it was at a speed of 40 which would make him land just barely above the rock. From the start of his jump he heard a shock wave which he knew wasn't good so he readied himself to what was to come.  He was facing up though so, he used Flicker movement using the signs Rat and Boar at a speed of 69 to slow down his personal space making him move at 79 speed and his reaction time was 144. This would give Chronos the time to look at the shock wave and realize that he needed to make the barrier. He made the seal of Confrontation at a speed of 79 and the seal immediately activated three meters above the rock. Chronos now jumped at the speed of 79 two meters above the seal which in total is five meters. As the wave was 1 meter passed him he immediately hooked his chains to the ground at the speed of 50 to reel himself in 3 meters in front of the rock. Now with his chains ready to attack he then launches the right one directly at Kozan’s shoulder that was gripping his sword at a speed of 50, if hit it would cause him to lose feeling in his arms and let go of the sword. Keep in mind that Kozan was  As soon as it was to pierce him which Chronos doubted he would retract the chain at a speed of 50 in order for Kozan to not be granted the ability to pull in the chains.

Hmph. So, it looked like this one was pretty good. Just as the wave reached half a meter past the boy (that is, as the last vestiges of it just crested the horizontal area past his body), Kozan would simply push from the ground, using Hoho to clear the gap between him and Chronos, this being done before the boy could even start hooking his chains to the ground. This movement would be done at 130 speed; Kozan himself ending up directly in front of the boy on the rock, which measured a little less than a meter all around.
The rock was a flat-topped cylindrical one, approximately. As previously stated, it was about 3 meters tall, and pretty damn close to flat on the top, with only a few millimeter high ridges dispersed here and there across the rock. At the very moment that his feet touched the top of the rock, him being mere inches away from Chronos as the boy's chakra chains just barely began to move, Kozan's right hand would move from its position on Nightblood's sheathe. His left arm being in a bearing of about 20 degrees away from his body for balance, his right arm would move up at an angle from where it was, hammerfisting Chronos on the right side of his face (since Kozan's right arm had been at his left side, on the sword's hilt). This attack, as well, would be done at 130 speed and just enough power to leave a nasty bruise on Chronos' cheek, which was where he had hit him. He had to be careful not to break the boy's jaw, otherwise bad things might ensue. He didn't want to have to drag this guy to the hospital and explain things... and potentially pay a medical bill. He was trying to save up for something special, after all, and couldn't afford extra expenses. At any rate, this would be enough force to knock Chronos over sideways. The boy would fall onto the flat surface of the rock, but not off of it, if these actions went through unhindered. As his punch finished off, he would keep his eyes on the boy's form, monitoring for any kind of attack as his right arm, finishing through with the arc of the punch, would return to his side where Nightblood lay, moving, naturally, at 130 speed. As he had just landed on the rock, his knees would be ever so slightly bent, so as to avoid the impact of landing. With his use of Hoho, he had used not just one, but both legs to land with, so softened the impact on them (thus preventing either of them from breaking).

When Chronos had noticed the ninja rush him he had relinquished the gold-tinted chains at a speed of 60 as he knew that long range would no longer be an option. Maybe it was better this way after all, he didn't want to be sliced into pieces. Chronos then puts his hand over his face to reduce the damage of the punch that was to come, when it was delivered Chronos' hand had felt like it met a ton of bricks. Not only did the force penetrate to his hand, it also went to his face although his hand had taken most of the damage. Chronos knew it was little things like this that could decide the battle and the fact that he was able to block a punch sort of, made him a little happier on the inside. Again, he wasn't coming in this fight to win, but to learn, anything that has and will happen Chronos will soak up in an instant and determine ways to stop it from recurring.

When Chronos was younger he remembered a quote from his dad which went like, "If we don't learn history, history will repeat itself." and right he was. Chronos then rolled over on his stomach falling off of the rock in intense pain, the blow did hurt, but Chronos made sure not to overdo the acting. As fell over put one hand under his stomach making sure it his hand was facing the ground if he were to grip a sword which would he would then do by creating a gold-tinted blade at the speed of 60. If he was given the time he knew as soon as he would roll over too attack at the speed of 79, Chronos would be bombarded by Kozan’s speed, with this in his mind Chronos knew he could launch this sword as he rolled to create an arc from the chain that would act as a defensive line between him and Kozan and also an offensive way of attacking. Just like any other speed for the time being he would move the chains at a speed of 46 and the length of ten meters, the actual hilt of the blade was moved at a speed of 79 preparing to try to block any attack that was to come.

He thought maybe if he was to get out of here he could try to summon something, but he wasn’t even close to being able to use them yet. He was only in the drawing phase so, this would be very difficult to do in the timeframe Kozan would allow him to move in.

Hmph. So it appeared that the boy's senses had improved since last time. That was good. However, had he improved in combat skill? Evidently not. Chronos had left plenty of time between his rather rough landing on the flat of the rock and his roll over the edge. During that time period, Kozan would have sufficient temporal room to not only maintain his balance, bringing his left arm back to his side, but also moving his own right leg, which, as Chronos attempted to roll from his back (on the rock) over to his stomach (which would result in him falling off the rock), Kozan would move his own right foot at 130 speed, and before Chronos could really make a concerted movement, Kozan would have already placed the sole of his shoe solidly (left to right) across Chronos' windpipe. He'd press down enough to stop Chronos' movements, and to cause some discomfort (and perhaps, pain?), but not nearly enough to really crush his tissue in any way. He didn't want to turn the boy against him, he just needed to get more combat experience... even if he did win, it had taken longer than it had before. That was a good sign on both of their parts. He was getting more practice, and Chronos was getting stronger.
The boot against Chronos' throat would also be supplying just a specific amount of average force so that the victim would be able to breath and speak, albeing chokingly and hesitantly. Kozan would peer down slightly at Chronos' eyes, his own eyes merely showing a harsh focus, not really triumph or pride of any sort. Even things like that had never really been introduced to him, save by his mother, who had done a piss poor job of explaining things to the boy. As such, he had rejected the teachings of that bitch, and decided to make his own way in life. Moving his left hand directly after his foot would come into contact, he would produce a kunai, and merely hold it at the ready in a forward grip with his left hand, this all being done at 130 speed and 85 strength.
"Do you yield?"
