Deep within the Fae, past the grand entrance way, through endless corridors and brilliant intricate golden Fae runed doorways two demons stood, preparing for the long road back to redemption.

"Kira..... Come now. We need to get your body back into shape. you know the toll death puts on the human form. Thankfully that power is lessened in this place because you aren't actually in your body but still. " It was true. One of the major selling points to the lands of their summon was the ability to shift between the material plane and into this higher plane without the need to actually travel there physically. The lands of the Fae set nestled just past the realm between, the shadowed mockery of reality used by the demon of chance for travel both between worlds and within. Their bodies set hidden within the village, though only the trinity and the goddess above knew exactly where they chose to hide out. It was simple that way. Selene stood guarding the passed out forms, scanning the area through kira's own physical form with the abilities she'd unlocked and the skill to possess one another trained so long ago. it was the mark of the strength of the trinity.

Kira looked up, the hood slipping gently past her cheeks to set atop the crown of her head, light whisps of black hair slipping around it's edge, threatening to remove the garment fully, but the wind was kind enough to allow it respite from it's travel. She glanced upward to meet Amber's gaze, blue eyes glazed over in confusion like a small child with hands gently thumbing the coat tail of a parent at a social gathering. She wasn't sure what was going on, even as the words hit her mind, and more so wasn't actually sure if it meant anything to listen well enough to figure it out. Ignorance is, after all, bliss.

"Kira. Concentrate. I understand the feeling of loss. I've been in your possition. The weakness being shattered puts upon the body, the tole on consciousness... It's unbearable at first, but it does get better. Now. We need to work your strength. That's what's most important now. Kiru will deal with your mind I promise and I will always be there to guide you. " This caught her attention. The lost girl raised her glance to stare off past the Demon of Chance, dry cracking lips parting slightly to allow the gentle carress of tongue to wet them before she spoke.

"There like you always have been. When they tortured me. Killed. When I was so lost amidst the hatred that i hurt so many.... Controlled the lives of goddess knows how many.... As i quickly became that which I hated." The words shot like daggers from her tongue, aimed to pierce the girls resolve, breaking her "teacher" down to the level she currently set at. The sure shot was enough to fell powerful resolve but to the Demon of chance it held little effect.

"You are aware of my life as I am of yours. I've not stepped in because it was not my place. Only when you challenged me did I step up... .This life IS ours, however told from your eyes this time not mine. " Her tone was too calm for the present situation, pouring simplicity into the complex sea of emotions the girl hid behind slowly shifting eyes. Kira formed the hands seals slowly, considering the exact placement of each finger as they interlaced, skin sliding too delicately against skin. Finally with a small bite of her thumb she touched the ground, drawing two bodies before her. Leaning down she touched her knee to the soft earth, a strange thing she'd finally gotten used to within the grand castle of the fae. Finally she released the power hidden for so long, pouring Ap into the two bodies. She tasted the energy as it flowed from her lips into the lifelss corpses, searching for anything of use within the sea of jutsu that the boy who'd granted her power might have. The sharp taste of earth element seemed to dry her tongue as it flicked about her mouth, finding nothing particularly new or exciting with which to grant the body. it didn't matter. the power she was given in longevity while within combat was more then enough to be worth the energy it took to draw in life force.

"I really don't think this is a productive use of our time Kira. I understand the usefulness in dispersing this power but We need to get you back into shape to defend yourself. If you can't fight off an attacker then exactly what good is having extra ability to fight?" The girl was simply ignoring her at this point. The worst part was this wasn't a defiant disregard for her suggestions. Amber couldn't be sure the girl even really knew what she was doing.

~It needs to be done soon or the energy will dissipate. It'll only be another moment~ For a moment it felt as if clarity had struck the girl. Her voice never waivered within the mind of the demon of chance. The only hint that she wasn't in fact back to her old self came in the shaking of Kira's limbs as she struggled to finish the final bits of her jutsu, transfering power into her execution by kiss bodies to be stored for later. The girl was a wreck and they both knew it. After a few moments the technique was done, allowing Kira to push off from the soft earth, raising back up to look over to her "teacher", head turned slightly to the side as she awaited direction she could follow blindly.

"I suppose I understand. It is better to go ahead and take care of these things after all..... Now take a moment and get your bearings back. I could feel the stress transfering power put on your body even in that short time." With a nod Kira closed her eyes, drawing short staggered breaths that seemed far too dificult to pull in and let out. She felt tired already and they hadn't even began to train. Drawing in strength she allowed the energies of the Fae to flow through her, summoning the strength from around her to continue her fight. "The first thing that would be helpful I suppose is to go ahead and turn our concentration not on the acquisition of new techniques, and instead on the strengthening of your own power. I'd like you to continue mastery of a few techniques. I think you know which ones....." Of course she did. She still had the hand seals fresh in her mind, though it felt like she'd trained the jutsu centuries ago in a dream.

"Water prison jutsu...... Signature to the legendary swordsman........" Come on kira, Amber thought to herself. You can do this....."um. Kisame. The tailless beast."

"A man of a similar path to the one you walk. Yes. Now form the hand seals." Amber slid her hand slowly into the side pouch at her left thigh, drawing a set of ten senbon out from it, the cool metal nestled against the palm of her hand. She wanted to see if the girl still had the will..... Reminants of her days in konoha.... To fight even as her mind failed to take in the world around her. The will of fire that so many used too often within the now run down village that once stood as the pinacle of great power was passed from villager to villager, pushing those with it's strength past their limits. It was this will that had allowed the girl to survive for so long and it would be this will that granted her the ability to rebuild from the ground up the strength to go on.

Snake..... Ram, The seals formed strange in her fingers, each one not quite feeling right. It was as if she knew the formations but her fingers disliked the way each twist and turn felt in her hands. Horse, Hare..... The fluidity slowly returned, the locking of each seal a little stronger. No longer did her fingers feel the need to slip past their stopping point. Ram. Horse. Hare snake...... the movements felt second nature which was good. She barelly held the concentration to be able to continue with the technique mentally. Her world disappeared into the nothingness of existence. Fragments of her past flashed before her eyes, days when she felt happy, days when she was terrified to live. Ox. Her body ran on autopilot, the conditioning of years of intense training taking over in the moment. She heard the needles leave Ambers hands, her experience in battle telling her six small senbon now cut through the warm air, seeking a direct path to end her life. With a clap of her hands she finished, water pouring from her lips. The flow crashed against the metal, weapons thrown with perfect accuracy meeting a torrent of water. To her surprise they were pushed up from their destination as they'd hoped. as the flow of water finally stopped her eyes opened, a gentle smile piercing the aura of lostness. A large orb of water sat in front of her and in the center of it the six senbon floated helplessly.

"Perfect. We'll still need to take it slow. Be aware if you dont concentrate on what you're doing the Omega will come out once more. It is your tool right now. THink if it as a jinchurichi does their bijuu. It is a powerful darkness that swirls about you, that can protect your frail form..... but can cause great ammounts of damage also. " She worried. The omega was a curse that Kira was not ready to handle just as she hadn't been so long ago.... Would this be the turning point in her new path? Only time would tell.

"Yea. I feel so weakened. even with the sage mode energy strait from the Fae wilds themselves I can feel a powerful drain on my body. I think i can continue tho. I um... I want to. " Her words made the demon of chance smile. The girl was so much like she was so long ago. She took a moment to take inventory of the girl, watching her breath struggle in and out, studying the way her arms shook. She needed a rest probably but Amber wanted to push her just a little further.

"Now.... We have plenty still to do. Keep your bearings on the task at hand." With a gentle smile the girl nodded to her, digging her feet into the now wet ground. The large ball of water dispersed, dropping a heavy wave of condensed water between them that flowed outward to soak into the ground across the entire clearing. She took inventory of her surroundings, studying the way the trees shifted. It was as if the garden area was routing her on. Each branch shifted ever so slightly in the wind, urging her further and further.

"Right. I um... I think I can continue. I want to get stronger once more." Her thoughts slipped back into focus, clarity allowing her to continue just a bit longer. She forced any bits of fog away from her mond, fighting against the sensation of fear and confusion as her heels bit into the muddy ground.

"Now. Next I'd like us to work on another jutsu. A jutsu of significant worth if used correctly. The grand water dragon formation. " She searched the girls eyes even before the words left her lips, waiting for the proverbial light bulb to click on. Did she still remember it? Goddess knows it had been at least a year since they'd worked on this remnant of Ambers past. Sure enough Kira's gaze shifted up for several seconds as she searched her memory, scrolling through the long list of techniques she'd learned to finally come across the one she needed.

"I've got it. It's a long one though. I'm not even sure why we learned this.... It seems strong enough but to be honest the power of the jutsu is lost in the seals. It has like twenty of them." confusion filled the girls eyes as she went through her mental list of the pros and cons of the jutsu, considering if there really was a purpose to learning it. it's ability to tank hits was nice she supposed. It didn't really make any sense to her. The strength of the jutsu was more then shadowed by her inability to actually use it in a fight. Even from a distance of twenty meters or more the chances that she'd be able to do the seals and form the dragon before her opponent cast a counter or closed the distance was shakey at best and it's strength as a B ranked jutsu further hurt that thought. Maybe it was something she trained in order to work her way up to more powerful suiton. That was the only thing she could think of.

"Now now. It's a low forming jutsu yes. also the number you are looking for is actually fourty four. There are fourty four hand seals in total, though a higher chakra pool means you need to form less chakra in regards to the seals. Essencially it's one of those jutsu you can power through with the use of high chakra alone. "

"Was this one of the jutsu used by the tailess beast? I mean like..... is that why we learned it?" Amber seemed so sold on this jutsu. Taking into consideration her chakra pool she still required six seals in order to make the jutsu usable which was far more then she could ever consider using viably in combat, much less a significant ammount more then she was willing to. It just didnt make sense to her to use it as defence or offence.

"No child. This was not one of the techniques within Kisame's vast arsenal... Or at least not one that I know of. I learned this jutsu long ago. There are alot of hand seals however they can all be bypassed. That's what we're going to do tonight. Through mastery jutsu can become more powerful or take less of a tole on the body. THis isn't anything new. With the strength of the technique and more importantly the resillience it has to damage it's a good thing to have in the arsenal especially considering your problem with other elements. " It'd been so long since she'd been fully limited. The weight of her mothers curse was a burden most of her life, a burden that was easilly gotten around with the power of execution by kiss. Her curse was reduced to pain when drawing the strength from those around her and a quick shift from her body to the bodies of those laying in wait at her whim. Now her limit was eased simply by changing between the powers she held in the land of the fae, granting her the full ability to use great powers beyond her comprehension.

"I see. I suppose that makes sense. We're mastering it in order to take away the hand seals as well as make it cost significantly less to use. That way I can use it in a clutch situation." She was slowly understanding the plan laid before her. The health total on this jutsu was impressive enough to warrent the use of it if she could get around the negatives and thankfully she could.

"Yes. Now I want you to form the seals. Actually form each and concentrate on what each means. Form the chakra in time with each of the fourty four seals and memorize the way it shifts about in your body. That is the key to being able to eliminate them one by one. " With her part in actually testing the girl's skill finally finished she took a few steps forward, the soft slurping of mud under her feet reminding her of past abilities trained. It rose up, licking the top of the rubber, threatening to sink into the leather of her boots, saturating it with semi liquid earth and ruin the material. It wasn't the first time she'd lost a good pair of shoes to unfortunate condition, though most of those times also ended with her whiping blood from weapons and clothes. She found an acceptable seat on a large log upturned only three meters from Kira, it's existence solely to be used as a resting spot whether it be to break from intense training or simply to enjoy the surroundings in the wooded portion of the garden. trees here did not fall as one would expect. There were n predators or weathering dangers that could harm things in this place, only purposely set up situations that would allow the feel of the area to stay the same while granting increased worth to those who would visit.

"Ever seal?! This is going to take forever if I have to eliminate every seal one by one. Wouldn't it just be more efficient to start at the base my chakra grants me and eliminate six instead of fourty something?" This task looked more and more unfortunate as time passed. Even the cool summer wind seemed to shy away at the thought of the job she would need to perform.


"Fourty four kira. Keep your concentration. If you start at the six that are required for you to actually do the jutsu you lose the strength of the jutsu all together. Basically you need to start from the base to ensure it's done right the first time otherwise you'll have to do this twice, the first one more simplistic but futile and the second the same long winded process we're doing right now. I trust you dont wish to do that at all?" As frustrating as it was to meet back talk when she was granting the girl calmed her natural reaction. She would not meet the girl's questions as her student had so long ago. She would not become what the demon priest had. Never again.

"Sorry. I geuss i um.... I geuss i'm just kinda... I mean my head isnt really here. It hasn't been since um..... Well yanno. " Her eyes shifted away at the thought. it still wasn't terribly clear what had happened asside from the fact that the ending of her life. Everything was a fog as she sought out understanding of the situation.


"Killed you? Since I killed you. Well... I suppose I prefer the word cleanse. it was necessary. The path you walked was knives edge close to that of your teacher. That does not however matter currently. Please keep your focus as much on the tasks at hand as possible. Perform the seals. Ox, monkey, hare, rat, boar, bird, ox. "

"Gotcha. Ox, Monkey, Hare rat, boar, bird, ox." As she spoke she formed the seals, her movements planned and meticulous. The feels felt right. Every movement flowed fluidly, her understanding of the technique coming back in short bursts. As she finished the ox she paused, eyes closing once more to concentrate on the next piece.

"You know this. The haze is an unfortunate part of the shattering process. Horse bird rat...... Tiger dog tiger snake ox ram snake boar." She would recite the seals as if they were second nature for her, awaiting the point when kira caught the flow of her words. It didn't take long thankfully.


As Amber flowed through the words she concentrated on the formation of her jutsu, slowly trying to anticipate where the path of seals was headed. Horse bird rat.... Drag....SHit. Tiger dog tiger. Of course the tiger was later. Snake ox ram.......snake? yes. it was definitely snake, and then boar. She remebered how long it had taken her to get down the path her hands would need to take. So many seals required to learn a jutsu of this complexity. She'd struggled over and over at about this point, fighting to memorize the long strings, her fingers struggling to meet her rapidly shifting thoughts.

"You're getting it. " She knew this was the point she'd struggled before. Without the cold resolve to push through, the will to fight only for means of survival could the girl do it? "ram rat yang water...... Monkey bird dragon. bird ox horse ram tiger snake. " She took to it more quickly this time, forming the seals swiftly.

"Right. Ram rat yang water monkey...." with a small pause she considered where she'd been, Ambers voice continuing on without her. As Amber hit Bird She slid back into the flow, quickly forming monkey bird and dragon. before she once more got lost.

"Come on kira. Ox horse ram tiger snake. " The seals slid into place for her after the second explanation. In her chest the power of suiton flowed freely, calling out to her. She could feel the strength of her mastery over her main element practically begging her to get to the punch line. It lashed through her body, reaching out to her fingertips to finish the technique. Of course she'd done more then enough of the seals to actually finish it under normal circumstances. Still she pushed forward. It was important to keep her power in check, her concentration slipping between ambers words and the seals themselves.

"Um.... can you slow down just a bit. I can keep up with the flow themselves but the meaning behind... I need a few moments to actually put my thoughts into the why behind each seal otherwise I wont be able to eliminate them. " A momentary pause of silence between the hell's angel and demon of chance brought them back onto the same page. This was less about the expediant creation of the jutsu. THis was about being able to perfect it. With that in mind they would be able to move forward together.

"OF course. Take a step back and keep your mind on task. you are doing well though. We'll get this finished quickly at this pace. " Her words pushed the girl further, encouragement helping her keep hold of the power threatening to pour out of her body.

"Right. Lets see where were we then....." She took a step back, grounding herself in reality for a moment before nodding to Amber to continue.

"Good. Now. rat. then we go to monkey, keep your thoughts on the seal you're doing, what was just before it and where we're going next. Hare Boar dragon, feel the way the chakra changes with eat seal. Memorize the flow, the way it pulses, the will of the suiton. Ram rat ox, then monkey bird..... ALmost there. " Together they followed the path of the jutsu, each seal meaning broken down. She looked at them in groups of three, no longer stressing over the next step. That had always been her problem. She'd concentrated so far on the end goal. Everything was pushed towards the future. The means were never a point of worry. A fight there, bodies littered about her feet and still she pushed foward. Those hurt were nothing compared to the greater good she'd accomplish. Destroy the demon priest. Looking abck on it it was truelly a ridiculous thing. Pain breeds numbness and begins the cycle. The hirt get strong to protect themselves and true to expectation she'd taken the crown of cruelty from Youka's fingertips, donned it with perfection and allowed her blade to speak words too painful to consider. Her greatest strength had once been the destruction of three young men, boys really. Three who once held the will of fire..... Their flames were extinguished solely for the purpose of dealing a blow to the demon who'd created her. It was fitting for most bu....


"Kira? Kira. KIRA come back to earth child. Do not let your thoughts take grip on your actions. That was the path that lead you to what you'd become. If that happens again.... I will not take another sin on your account. The path we take is choosen not by fate Kira. Now. Yang water rat boar bird. Last four. With the seals cast we can finish the training. Allow the water to flow from your lips. Form the great dragon and gain control of it's strength. " Now was the make or break point. She could feel the shift in Kira's concentration. It was a problem. Maybe she'd started too soon.

"Wh... oh. right. sorry i was thinking i geuss? I'm back now. " The final seals were formed though the intent behind them wasn't exactly the most powerful thing she had done. It was now or never. With the final pulse of suiton finished she could feel the strength welling in her body. from her lips water poured out, first in a slow trickle. She didn't trust the power that had kept her alive for so long. She questioned it's existence, worried of the true power, and feared the after effect. It was the push to become stronger that tainted her power. The need to become stronger caused the rebirth of the omega.

"Kira. You can do it. trust in your strength. Only when you rely on it above all will we find trouble. " With a nod she released the chakra more readilly. An enormous stream of powerful suiton filled the air, forming into a huge amorphous blob before them. For several minutes the water continued to flow until finally the chakra pulsing in her chest eased down to nothing, the strength in her body now a physical representation of her might. The dragon formed in small pieces. Two large legs pushed from the blob of water, scales flowing from base to claw as it dug it's talons into the ground. The face imprinted itself, the powerful face of dragon fire itself threatening to burst form the base of her chakra infused suiton, shattering the jutsu in it's entirety. The muzzle lifted up, bringing the facial features into existence before a loud roar flowed through the Faewilds. It's neck streatched outward, massive scaled head turning down to its master, and as it did Amber's lips curled into a smile.

"Perfect. Now finish it. " They both knew what to do next. The power of suiton had always been a natural thing for the Hell's angel. She took to it so easilly since the moment she learned of her mother's past. Like dominos the scales of the suiton drake's chest and back flowed across the final bits of her water, finishing off the powerful jutsu she had worked so long to work. each piece was honed to perfection, every tiny detail honed down to exactly her specifications. To finish it she allowed a final pulse of her strength to force out the long winding tail. Three long rows of spikes flowed down the center of the massive apendage, points sharpened and deadly. It shifted back and forth awaiting command.


"Um... What.... What do I do now exactly?" Kira was a bit lost at the next step. She'd put so much effort into the act of actually forming the jutsu that she felt drained beyond compare. Her control waivered, granting the grand beast the ability to act in a manner close to its own decision. it's front claw lifted to slam down agains tthe ground, shattering the trunk of a tree off to their left before turning to crush the splintered shards into the soft earth.

"Get your control back. ONce you have control of it you can release the jutsu. This beast is made of your chakra, it will bend to your will."

"Control it. " What had taken so little effort so long ago felt like an impossible task. Drawing on the will of the fae she pulled in more of the power of the land. Nature chakra could grant her the strength that she needs she hoped, though even with it's strength flowing through her body she wasn't sure if she had the strength to control the massive monster. Another loud roar flowed through the gardens as the beast turned its head to target its master. Now the battle of will starts. It's body went stiff as she used her strength to slow it's movements, locking empowered suiton muscles into place where they stood.

"I control you dragon. I hold mastery of the element suiton. Kiranomo Hyuuga, I hold this the will to survive and you were solely a tool for use at my will" Her words waivered, her voice cracking, lip quivering in fear. The creature answered silently, it's head looking down at her for a moment before finally bowing. Massive legs bent downward to lay the dragon on it's belly, head resting against the ground just beside Kira.

"Excelent. You hold more strength then you can comprehend child. Even without the need to kill you hold the will to survive. Echo saw that in your eyes, Youka and maku feared it i'm sure. You are like to me in more ways then you'll ever understand." Her words were met b a loud rush of water. The dragon's form was released as she proved mastery over its massive form and another wave of suiton flushed the ground. Kira stood for a moment, a smile gracing her lips as her light filled eyes turned to amber for mere moments. Before another exchange could be started however the light slid from Kira's face, her legs giving out. She fell into arms more then strong enough to catch her. AMber took moments to cross the distance as her student lost consciousness and in moments she was lifted up and held, cradled by the demon of chance.

"very good Kira. You've earned a good long sleep child. Tomorow will be a long day. Together we'll keep pushing your limits. You'll be back in no time." She carried the girl through the grand hall and into the common room to rest.
