Two random guys showing up

Toma had actually been in the forest near Konoha before,so it was not a problem for him to teleport him and his brother close to Konoha. The two waited until Toma's chakra reserves were back to normal before heading towards the village though.

What was their business? Den was trying to build a village in Haven Country, and wondered if they could perhaps request some sort of deal with more powerful villages, either convince the village to allow certain shinobi to join haven in return for something, or even temporary aid if they could acquire it.

both Toma and Tomoya would be dressed in garb that resembled that of a Jounins, albeit black and with a brown vest, basically matching outfits to the one Den normally wore. Tomoya's sword was strapped on his hip and Toma's was on his back, the hilt poking over his left shoulder. The two would wait near the front of the gate to be greeted by a shinobi from Konoha, about 10 meters or more. Toma's Byakugan eye was hidden by a bandage wrapped around his head a couple times, even though it was active there was no visual sign of it. Both also had their chakra senses stretched outwards, just in case.

Risako stood around the gates kicking dirt due to sheer boredom. After a few minutes, she would look up and see random and strange guys that looked decked out enough to kill her. Then again, the dangers of the world could be as small as a pea. No joke, if a pea gets lodged in your throat, you can die.

Walking out from the gate, she took a few steps toward the strange guys, before stopping at the ten meter mark. (Not a literal mark, but more of an imaginary line.) For a few seconds, Risako remained silent, and presuming nothing was said, she go ahead and start the conversation with "What do you guys need?" She was pretty sure that if they attacked, her corpse would at least distract them enough for someome to alert the village. Risako wasn't sure if they were the friendly sort, since they had weaponry, and the one was bandaged up. For all she knew they were organized thugs.

One of the chakra signatures moved towards the duo, stopping just inside the gate as she looked over the two strangers. A silence passed as the two waited for the girl to speak. Toma did not like simply standing there, but Tomoya didn't mind the few seconds that passed before the girl spoke, asking what they needed.

Tomoya decided he should speak, seeing as Toma was the less... diplomatic of the two of them, "We're from the Country of Haven, a country far to the north west, seeking aid against rogue ninja attacking our land. Is there anyone here that could help us?" Tomoya's voice didn't sound desperate, but it didn't possess his normal formal tone, instead his voice sounded close to pleading, hopefully giving off the impression that while Toma and Tomoya might appear fairly strong themselves, their home was not, and hopefully Konoha would provide some form of support.

Risako cocked an eyebrow. To her, it sounded like recruitment, which was a good thing for them, but a bad thing for Konoha. She tried to remember all the current village ninja that could be of use to the two. Salzem, Draconis, Kasai, and Tatsuya all came to mind, and they were above her in terms of skills. Seeing as how Kasai had departed for some reason, and Tatsuya was busy with leadership stuff, that didn't leave too many strong people to go with the two. Maybe they just needed an extra hand? Konoha had more than enough genin to whore out.

She nodded after a second, deciding that their reason for being here was good enough. Risako didn't feel any ill intent either, so she stepped to the side, with her right arm gesturing them inside. Really, she didn't want a dispute and they seemed nice enough. Risako said with a slight smile, "Come in, have a talk with some of the ninja around the village, I'm sure you're bound to find someone." If they came in, Risako would say to them after they had passed through the gate, in a slightly less cheery tone, (still cheery enough tho) "Due to a few recent incidents, you'll be watched for a while. Try not to let it interfere." With that, she went back to her spot at the side of the gate, where surely she would wait out the rest of her shift. Hardly anyone ever came through the gates.

So they were just supposed to find shinobi willing to join them? Tomoya wasn't sure what to think of the girls words as he and Toma entered. He merely nodded about the mention of incidents, still trying to figure out if this meant they were actually clear to gather support from konoha ninja, or if they should try and meet the village leader or something and see what they had to say.
