Hikarishi had just finished talking to Kyo about the dangers of Volcano and decided to go and get some training in. He walked his way to the training grounds while pondering the use of the jutsu he had read about earlier that week. The wood release Wood locking wall. It would be great for defense and also make an opportune opening for a diversionary tactic. Oh the things he would be able to do once he learned this wonderful jutsu, or so he hoped. He made it to the training grounds in no time at all really due to where he lived and the speed at which he could travel. Finding a good place to sit for a second he awaited someone that looked like they might be a challenge.

Where our commander stood, the balcony that looked out towards the mountainous setting of kumogakure, our Anbu, dressed in the standard Anbu attire, gazed outwards in boredom once more. This wasn't the first time he was stuck with guard duty, however, a job was a job. Then again, should guard patrol apply to the commander of the Anbu forces? Nope. Especially if today was the day when the village would throw their annual cookout party, to celebrate the founding of Kumogakure. Yes, today was an important day. Setting down the large binoculars that once pressed upon his masked face, he pressed slightly on the Anbu communication tattoo that on his right shoulder with his gloved hands, hoping to gets response from his forces. The swirl looking tattoo glowed slightly as he picked up a signal, a few words was exchanged on both ends, and in a flash, two Anbu member appeared behind Ganki, while at the same time Ganki took off. At last, the scythe totting Anbu was free to carry on the rest of the day as he saw fit.

The Non animal depicting mask was held tight agains his face as he ventured towards the village, only a wide stripe red strip appeared on his mask with his brown bladed hair covering the upper portions of the mask. The grey flack jacket didn't move a bit while he traveled at great speed, along with the katana that was strapped to his back. It didn't take long for him to reach the training grounds, which led into the village. Weed, friends, and parties was on this Anbu's mind, however, a strange figure distracted him from proceeded on any further. The Anbu now appearing behind this figure at a great distance, 40 meters, his sight directed towards the figure's back, called to this individual. He takes his steps one at a time with a speedy pace, due to the fact that the party was about to begin soon, only an hour and a half left till show time. "Yo, you alright. This is kind of the wrong day to be hanging out alone, don't you think?", his words spoken with concern and great volume for this guy's well being. It was an important day for kumogakure, and sitting alone in the training grounds, away from the festivities was pretty sad in Ganki's view. The large scythe was left propped on Ganki's left bare shoulder, the blade pointing downwards with his left arm holding it steady with his wrist, the hand hanging lifelessly.

Hikarishi knew not what today was as he was not a born resident from this village but the smell of food cooking should have given off some kind of clue. Hikarishi was sitting when the masked man approached from behind him, his high chakra level showing the boy were he was with no real problem, The young boys hair hung about shoulder length and was tied back in a pony tail as to not get in his way during a fight. He wore his typical Chunnin attire which consisted of Blue pants with a black shirt and a flack jacket over top of that. The figure spoke and Hikarishi turned around to face him.

The fist thing he noticed was the nondescript mask with the red streak upon it his brown hair covering part of the top portion. His attire seemed to scream nothing but power including his scythe that hung upon his form like it weighed nothing. He noticed the swirl like tattoo and things almost fell in place from there. This man was no Chunnin or even Jounin possibly an Anbu member or even higher. A slight shiver went down his spine at the prospect of a spar with him.

"Oh i'm doing just fine came here looking for a spar....didn't realize that no one was going to be here." He said as he stood up "My name is Hikarishi", He said offering only his first name, "Perhaps you would like to spar?" He finished asking the man before him.

Stopping 10 meters in front of Hikarishi, the young chuunin male standing up right, Ganki stared at hikarishi's blank forehead, wondering where his headband was. It seems sparring was the only thing that was on the mind of every ninja in this village, even if it was a time of celebration. Though, Ganki did sympathize with Hikarishi, at a time Ganki too was hooked on the sole purpose of training non stop, every day so that he could attain power. Ganki smirked a bit, indeed he could relate. He could also relate to the warm smell of food that passed by, such tasty food he could imagine.

"Me either I thought mostly everyone except the Anbu would he over there. But no, your one of those individuals that fight all day long I guess. You know, I used to be just like you. In fact..., oh what the hell, let's have ah go then. But before we start, mind putting on your headband", Ganki raised his free right hand as he finished, and tugged on the short loose ends of his head band tie with ease, which held the headband on his own forehead. Ganki needed to be sure that this person was a shinobi of kumo first. His could not be seen however, due to the mask, but rest assured, Ganki never left the house with out it. Once that, he lets his hand fall back to his side, his forearm tapping the ends of his weapons pouch, one of 4. Three, which were pouch like, were secured tightly against the back side of his waist, and the much smaller version was strapped his left thigh, mostly containing the senbon. Ganki sure did want to go to that party at an early time, so that he could be first in the food concession stands, oh well. Ganki hoped that this fight wouldn't drag on an unwanted length of time.

His once hanging hand griped the pole, where he placed his hand. A small rectangular seal, barely noticeable since it was as small as a dot made from a fine point pen, was now placed on the scythe.

He wondered what type of fighting style Hikarishi would use, was he a close range type, long range? He didn't look heavily armed at first glance when he looked at Hikarishi from behind, perhaps a surprise was well under way for Ganki. This would be the first time Ganki would have, using the scythe in combat. This spar would be an excellent situation, to use it in. The pole of the scythe rubbed against the metal rings which helped keep the arm guards in place against his very own arms.

Hikarishi felt stupid for not having his head band on already and reached behind him to grab it placing it on his head. The head band had three symbols on it One of The leaf village One of Kumogakure and the last one was the leaf villages symbol as well. A smile came to his face as he tied it on and watched Ganki, even though he knew not his name, tap his pouch and grip his scythe. Judging by the way he stood and the giant weapon in his hands the man must be a Mid range fighter which would not be the best of situations to be in. The best thing he could think of doing would be to get in close and make him drop his weapon '....but how?' he wondered to himself.

Ganki stood roughly 10 meters away and the first thing he decided to do was to test his speed and strength. The young boys form was shrouded in a mist of crimson as his ring transformed into the suit of armor that was mostly black with white marks along it making his form seem bulkier then what it really was. While this was happening His hands formed the Tiger seal, hopefully obscured by the mist at this point, and in a blur of speed he would be behind the man ready to strike at the back of his head with his right elbow.

His goal for all of this was to see if the man could keep track of his speed, that being 150, and his strength if he had to take the blow, 50, There were two reasons for the armor the first of which was due to the weapon in the mans hands and the second was to hide his clan His eyes would turn from black into the basic three tomoe Sharingan as the strike with the elbow began to happennot wanting to go any higher due to what Viper had told him about the Mangekyo Sharingan.

Standing as far as 10 meters away, he keeps his senses honed on Hikarishi. The red mist engulfing his opponent put him on alert as it moves towards him at a great speed, Ganki had never seen such a technique before. Well, actually, yes he has. During his time as a chuunin, where he was perfecting his Raikiri. Raito Yamaki, the jinchuuriki of the Leaf village. As the mist rushes towards Ganki, his trained Anbu senses allow him to keep up with the moving mist. It wasn't heading directly towards him, more off to the left. Sensing a possible attack on his flank, giving a small but workable timeframe to deal with, the Anbu brings both his hands together in a quick fashion, forming the ram sign. His form then moves quickly, running off to the right to circle around now facing 15 meters away from where the grey cloud once resided, evading the strike that Hikarishi had planned. Should all play out well, he stands face to face with Hikarishi, practically swapping places with him. The scythe is left at his previous location as well, due to the weight it had. Hikarishi is a very fast Shinobi, a fact he will keep in mind. Ganki really wanted to use that scythe.

Ganki now faces a new armored figure, his sight trained on the chest piece the moment he stopped, admiring the detailing. While he eyes the piece of armor, his simple plan already formed within his mind, he charges his right free hand with lighting natured chakra, swiping towards his armored fellow ninja. "Nice Armor, but I heard Sakura Corp has got the real deal...", he says boldly as the large horizontal arc of 50 Chidori Senbon fly towards the lower half of Hikarishi's boy, at a speed of 70; the power of the senbon were enhanced compared to the norm, due to Ganki's mastery over Lightning natured ninjutsu(70). His left hand is placed at his left side, near the pouch located on his lower thigh.

Ganki knows that Hikarishi is incredibly fast, so evading this should be hard since the attack wasn't really lethal. This was  after after all. What Ganki really wanted to see, was the durability of the armor. Perhaps Ganki can make some profit of this match if everything goes his way.

His sharingan trained on the man as he readies his first set of hand signs for the body flicker Justsu Hikarishi instantly begins to remember his fight with viper where this meant a quick counter attack after moving away. The red eyes he held showed the tell tell signs of chakra being flowed into it. The attack happened just as he prepared five hand seals, the last of which should be complete by the time the jutsu reached him. A cloud of smoke appeared and a log took his place Hikarishi stood 3 meters behind the log, which should protect him from the remaining senbon that flew his direction. Stepping forward, but still behind the log which now sat at chest height flat on the ground, Hikarishi chuckled a bit at what the man had said.

"Funny cuz I never got this from Sakura corp its a custom piece of armor." Hikarishi said as he stepped to the right of the log making a move for the scythe that was just one meter, perhaps two, in front of him. As his hand reached out he inhaled and exhaled on the exhale six fire balls flew from his lips on headed to the mid section of the man and two to the direct left and right of him while the other three aimed for the head and legs. Hikarishi was sure the man could out move them due to his speed, the fire moving at 40 and a power of 40 due to Hikarishis' high amount of chakra.

It would be as this happened that he wrapped his hand around the weapon and lifted off the ground, it was heavy and he found it hard to wield but that meant that it would pack a hell of a punch. He smiled, though the man could not see it, as he waited to see what happened to the man ready to run over and help him if need be.

Ganki witnesses the clever use of the substitution jutsu, using the log as a shield to protect himself from the oncoming senbon. This brought back memories from the academy. He shook his head side to side, everyone knew how old school of a move that was; he couldn't help to feel a bit distraught. Nevertheless, it was a good move, and Ganki wasn't above giving credit where credit was due. "Someone has been reading through their scrolls, I didn't know your were old school like that", he said, while forming three hand signs in quick fashion after his vision, which was focused on the log, was distracted by the many balls of fire that were homing in on his position. After his seals were completed, he dashes backwards in an attempt to gain some momentum. From where he once stood, the dirt from ground shuffled as a large dragon head made from the very earth itself, quickly rose from the surface, spewing out many orbs of mud which matched the size and number of the oncoming balls of fire (60 power and speed). The orbs bombard the balls of flames, and proceed on towards Ganki’s armored foe. Now Ganki’s jutsu was more powerful than before, thanks to the flames. The searing balls of mud hurled towards Hikarishi, returning towards him, with intent to bombard the center chest piece of hikarishi’s custom armor. Should it make contact, the Hikarishi would be knocked off his feet, and sent back a couple feet, due to the concussive force of the attack (60 power and speed). Ganki now watched from afar with continued movement, his current position is 20 meters away still viewing what was in front of him. He wonders how Hikarishi will counter; perhaps he will conjure up another old school move, who knows? What Ganki did know, was that he would be getting his scythe back real soon, this he knew as he eyes remained on his scythe.

His eyes trained on the man before him he watched as he began to weave hand seals and took the compliment in stride. Not missing a beat Hikarishi opened his hand and began to weave hand seals of his own, ones that Ganki would know what was as he had just used the justu, The scythe would hit the ground just as the hand seals were finished and the bullets had just caught flame Moving with quick speed Hikarishi would, while being hid by the dragon, form a single seal and a clone would appear beside him while Hikarishi dashed off, the weapon back in hand now. The clone would watch as the balls of mud hit fire shattering across the sky and Gankis fire still moving towards him. Moving as quickly as he could, that being 60 speed, he would aim to move towards the mud balls in an attempt to have them hit behind him.

If successful the Cloned Hikarishi would announce out loud "Is that the best you got?" while still moving towards the man before him.
